8 April, A fourth Regional Youth Ocean Carnival workshop @ Bega High School. It was great to have Bega and Eden Marine High School attend. 200 to 300 regional environmental students were in attendance. Bega Deputy Mayor Cathy Griff opened the workshop.

Bega Shire has the longest stretch of coastline in NSW, a vital 225 km lifeline for the planet. The workshop utilises peer-to-peer learning, guiding attendees towards a sustainable world that protects both the community and mental well being.
