NOVEMBER 2024

Along with Kal Glanznig I had the amazing opportunity to speak at Hills Grammar School located in Kenthurst and visit Hills Wildlife Sanctuary backing the Berowra Valley National Park in Sydneys north west. The sanctuary is in a unique position to rehabilitate and home injured native animals in an expansive and protected bushland ecosystem.

Rising Up Movie screening

9 November I was on the Q&A panel of Kal Glanznig’s free movie screening of “Rising Up” held at the Lane Cove Canopy hosted by Lane Cove Council. There were about 50 to 100 attendees. The MC was the Good for the Hood founder, Jo Taranto.

Bali/Jakarta international internship

15 November: Caught up with Melati Wijsen in Bali (the founder of Youthtopia - the learning platform for young changemakers.)

17 - 30 November: I was successful in being awarded an international internship through the New Columbo Plan Scholarships Program which is an Australian government initiative that provides opportunities for the best and brightest undergraduate university students from Australia to study in the Indo-Pacific region. I attended the 2024 Entrepreneurship Intensive Program in Jakarta.
